Returns & Exchanges Policy
If there is any quality defect and you are not fully satisfied with your navedacouture.com purchase, please return the item within 10 DAYS of receipt.
We will happily accept the return or exchange it for you. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice, reason for return and evidence of problem or defect for full refund.
If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it.
We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
Final sales: All sales of apparel, jewelry, accessories, or other items marked as “SALE” or “CLEARANCE” are final and cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Choose the carrier: Affix the shipping label (postage required) with your receipt and take your package to the carrier of your choice. Traceable delivery is highly recommended.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We do not accept COD returns. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
